International Languages

Access library materials including books and periodicals in a wide range of world languages.

The international languages collection, located on the second floor of the library, is available courtesy of the Cleveland Public Library’s International Languages department. The collection changes every three to four months and includes over 1000 items including books, periodicals, and a small selection of children’s resources. Additional children's resources are available in the children's room on the first floor.

We welcome your requests for particular types of items or for items in other languages. Visitors to the Hudson Library & Historical Society can also obtain books and DVDs in any of the 45 languages available at the Cleveland Public Library. We will gladly place orders for any requested materials. In most cases, your request will arrive within one week.
