Responsibilities

The Committee is charged with reviewing the Regulations of the Hudson Library & Historical Society, identifying those provisions that it believes require revision, and drafting proposed revisions to those provisions for consideration by the Board. The Committee is also charged with drafting a Policy regarding Virtual Meetings in compliance with House Bill 257 to be considered for adoption by the Board.
